Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

RETURNS, REFUNDS and EXCHANGES:

- Returns, Refunds and Exchanges - (FOR T-SHIRTS) Refunds and exchanges are only accepted on items that are misprinted, damaged or defective. We do not provide returns on items for wrong size, arrived later than expected delivery date, or for buyer's remorse. Please contact us at the below email address to return/exchange your defective item. A refund or exchange will be provided to the customer once the product has been received and inspected. (FOR ALL OTHER PRODUCTS) Refunds and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receipt of your item. Please email us below for details on how to return/exchange your item.

 - Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is wrong or considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer (if and as applicable).

- Not Delivered/Delivered to Wrong Address - Queens Way Designs is not responsible for an order that has been marked as delivered by the courier but has not been received by the customer; or for an order that is delivered to the wrong address by the courier. Please contact the courier directly to complete a complaint. 

ALL CLAIMS MUST BE SUBMITTED WITHIN 15 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER.
