Shipping and Delivery

SHIPPING TIMES:

Most items ship within 4-11 business days. However, our products are made to order by on-demand production. This means that the item is not produced until it is purchased. 

We understand that this may create longer shipping times and can be frustrating, so we work to ensure that you receive your products as soon as possible. This means you may receive your order in multiple shipments. We will ship items that have a quick production time to you as soon as they are completed. Products with a longer production time may be shipped separately, once they are completed. All items ship for free so there are no additional charges for orders shipped in multiple packages.

Please review each products description summary for more precise shipping times. Products that are considered "holiday" products may have a longer shipping time.

DELIVERY PROBLEMS:

Should your item arrive damaged due to carrier issues (damaged box, wet, etc.), please file a complaint directly with your carrier prior to contacting us. 

If your carrier delivers your order to the wrong address, please contact your carrier directly to file a complaint. Queens Way is not responsible for carrier errors. Also, if your item is marked as delivered by your carrier, but you never received it, please file a complaint directly with your carrier. Queens Way is not responsible for carrier errors.
